By telling the story of what it is truly like to work for the Victoria Police Department through interviews, visual placements and strong narrative, we were able to help them in their search for the right candidates. Finding people who suit their work can be tough due to some misconceptions, but we were able to showcase the community engagement and camaraderie of the force to help inform potential employees.
